PARTNERSHIP APPROACH

A Structured Approach to Distribution Partnerships.

Dunamis Agro evaluates distribution proposals based on territory potential, business capabilities, product requirements, and the proposed commercial arrangement.

Territory-Based Planning

Distributorship proposals may be evaluated district by district. Multiple districts may be considered depending on market potential, distribution capacity, and business planning.

Product Portfolio

Business enquiries may cover organic fertilizers, pesticides, and fungicides, subject to the available product range and applicable requirements.

Commercial Clarity

Relevant deposit, investment, pricing, margin, and payment conditions are discussed before finalization of a distributorship agreement.

Business Network Development

Applicants should be prepared to explain their existing dealer and retailer relationships, local market knowledge, and plans for territory development.

COMMERCIAL FRAMEWORK

Understand the Key Commercial Terms.

The following framework outlines the main areas considered during distributorship discussions. Actual terms will be communicated in a written commercial proposal and finalized in the applicable agreement.

1. Territory Allocation

  • Distributorship may be considered on a district-wise basis.
  • Multiple districts may be considered based on market potential, distribution capacity, and business planning.
  • Exclusive territory rights, if approved, are subject to agreed sales targets and the signed distributorship agreement.

2. Security Deposit and Investment

  • An advance security deposit is stated as a requirement in the proposed distributorship terms.
  • The applicable amount will be communicated after evaluating the proposed districts and product portfolio, before finalization of the agreement.
  • Refund and adjustment conditions must be specified in the written agreement.
  • Additional investment may depend on the opening order, selected products, logistics, and working capital requirements.

3. Profit Margins and Pricing

  • Distributor margins vary by product.
  • Applicable margins and prices will be specified in the relevant price list and commercial proposal.
  • Volume-based incentives, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
  • Final pricing and margin details will be shared before the distributorship is finalized.

4. Payment and Order Terms

  • Initial product orders will generally require advance payment unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Minimum order quantities and opening-order values depend on the selected products.
  • Credit facilities, if available, require separate approval.
  • Dispatch schedules and transportation terms are confirmed with each order.

5. Distributor Responsibilities

  • Develop the assigned territory through proactive commercial engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relevant dealer and retailer relationships.
  • Promote the agreed product portfolio responsibly in accordance with documentation.
  • Maintain proper business and sales records.
  • Comply with applicable licensing, storage, handling, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products and business.

6. Appointment and Business Support

  • The distributorship is formalized through a written agreement.
  • The agreement specifies territory allocation, product range, security deposit, payment terms, sales targets, applicable margins, and other agreed commercial conditions.
  • Product catalogues, promotional materials, and relevant product information may be provided subject to the agreed arrangement and availability.

Commercial terms are subject to evaluation, written proposal, applicable documentation, and mutual agreement. The information on this page is not a guarantee of appointment, exclusive territory rights, profit, or product availability.
